Bananarama Roatan Beach Front Resort Cruise Ship Beach & Dive Packages

We are one of the only PADI 5 Star Dive and Instructor Resort in Roatan and we are a convenient 20 minutes ride from the cruise ship dock. You can swim and snorkel in the crystal clear blue water in front of our resort and relax on the beach and let our waiters take care of you.

The following Beach Packages are available:

$30 Transportation, beach chair, welcome drink* and use of facilities.
$35 Transportation, beach chair, welcome drink* + 2 hours of snorkel rental** and use of the facilities.
$40 Transpiration, beach chair, welcome drink* + 2 hours of snorkel rental** and 1 hour kayak rental** and use of the facilities.

* Welcome Drink, you can choose from a soda, local beer or Island Cocktail.
**Snorkel/Kayak rental requires a $20 deposit.

All of our prices include transportation to and from the ship!

The Thirsty Turtle Restaurant mentioned above is available for snacks and lunch throughout the day including our drink and meal specials. Additional amenities such as fresh water showers, lockers, kayaks, beach chairs and snorkel gear are available for rent on the property.

To secure the booking we will need to take full payment payable either by credit card or by check to our US office.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation given prior to 30 days before your arrival will result in a full refund excluding a $50 service fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days but prior to 7 days before your arrival will be credited to your for your use within a 1 year expiration limit excluding a $50 service fee. This credit can be transferred to another party. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival we cannot refund or credit your payment. If your cruise ship changes the itinerary and does not port with us, we ill refund your payment in full.

Many guests ask us what they can bring from the USA. Our response is Similac Advanced Infant Formula. You can also bring any soy based infant formula. We currently assist a program that supplies formula to babies whose mothers have HIV or AIDS> These Mom's cannot nurse without passing on the risk of infection to their new babies. One can of formula will last a baby less than a week. $360 will feed a baby for 6 months ...essentially saving a baby's life. The program is also in need of new items such as baby bottles, newborn diapers, newborn clothing, and baby blankets. The Cruise Ship Dive Package:

Come dive Roatan Islands reefs, walls, and coral formations from our well maintained Bananarama boats docked in the crystal blue water in front of our BananaramaDive Beach Front Resort. Our one of a kind on Roatan, 5 Star PADI Diving Resort Center, is ready to take you on the dive of a life time!

All of our prices include transportation from the ship.

We have a single Roatan dive for $50. The price for a two tank Roatan dive is $85. There will be an additional charge of $15 for equipment for the day or $10 a dive, if needed (other than tanks and weights).
We have Nitrox ($7/tank) for those who are interested.
Please be aware we are in a protected Marine Park and therefore, a $3 day pass will be required by the Roatan Marine Park.
We ask for a minimum of 2 divers. It is still possible to dive as a single diver, as long as another cruise ship diver signs up. We can let you know if there will be others diving from the same cruise ship as you.
12% Tax is NOT included in the rates provided.

Discover Scuba Diving:
An Introductory Roatan diving experience is $115 + tax, including transportation. Additional guests can travel with you for $15 a person if they wish to spend the day at the beach. We do have a full service onsite restaurant and bar, the Thirsty Turtle. A variety of drink and menu specials are offered during your stay. Additional amenities such as kayaks, beach chairs, snorkel gear, lockers, etc. are available for rent at the Beach Front Activities Center.

In order for us to make your Roatan diving experience the best it can be, we will need you to provide the following information before we can make a reservation for you. Please tell us what your certification level is (Open Water, Advanced, Dive Master, etc.) and what organization you are certified with (PADI, NAUI, YMCA, etc.) We also need to know the date of your last dive. If it has been over 1 year, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take a refresher course. We will need you to bring your log book and certification card with you. Please make sure you are in good physical health. If you have any serious medical conditions, you MUST bring a medical release signed by a dive by a dive physician. Finally, we will need to know when you are arriving and departing so we can have adequate surface time if applicable and so you have adequate time to complete the dives you sign up for. We want this to be a great adventure for you and an experience you will wish to join us again for in the future. Please let us know if you will be joining us so we may put you on our schedule.
