At Bananarama Dive Center, we believe that this PADI Standardized Program is the best way to get back into diving after a long period of inactivity.
One of our experienced PADI Instructors will guide you through each step, to help you remember the basics, refresh your diving skills and regain your confidence underwater, progressing at your own pace and in a relaxed, stress-free environment.
You'll start at the Dive Center, reviewing basic concepts, safety measures and equipment set-up and handling.
Then, you'll wade into the West Bay lagoon, where you'll have time to practice your skills, improve your buoyancy control and enjoy breathing underwater whilst interacting with some aquatic life!
After that, you'll be ready to explore Roatan's beautiful reef. Guided by your PADI Instructor, you'll swim along a variety of colorful corals and sponges, teeming with fish and sea creatures. Eels, flounders, lobsters, snappers and even turtles are common in the area! Air providing, you'll complete a 50/60 minute dive.
At the end of this 2 hour program, your diving knowledge will be fresh, your skills sharp and you'll even learn some new techniques and tips to help you make the most of your diving vacation at Bananarama.
