Bad Weather
Bananarama is located on Roatan's leeward, western side and is rarely affected by high winds and rough seas that can make diving hazardous. During winter season, Oct-Jan, the wind direction can change daily and you'll find yourself on the popular southside more often. On the protected southside our dock's location is less than 10 minutes from the dive center making the diving and the conditions as convenient and relaxing as ever.
