Chef Raphael was born in 1963 in San Francisco. This multi-lingual Swiss Culinary Academy graduate
was hired in 1985 by Palais Royal as the Private Chef t the Cultural Minister, which began his long
list of dignitaries and celebrated clients. Raphael has cooked for such Kings, politicians and Hollywood
celebrities like Cher and Madonna, as well as CEO's Doctors and Culinary students just like yourselves.
His training and emphasis is in TMC or Traditional Chinese Medicine as a healthier choice for life.
This is an interactive Culinary School between the Chef, other students and TMC topics.

This promises to be an unforgettable experience and space is limited.

One week in May is for Local Students who are considering
going to Culinary School and becoming Chefs. The cost would be $100 and it is suggested
that the student have a sponsor for the program.
The students will cook a special lunch
that the sponsor + one guest can come and enjoy the meal!

So, even if you cannot come, you can sponsor someone else and still be a part of this
amazing opportunity on Roatan Island.
