Select your wine once you enter the Vintage Pearl from our vast wine cellar and enjoy a glass before being seated. Glance through the glass panes windows to capture the last glowing light from the sunset over the Caribbean Sea.
Relax into a lovely evening slowly paced through your four course meal. Start with an appetizer such as baked brie topped with guava sauce. For your soup, try our cream of tomato with ginger. The Vintage Pearl entree choices may be a Filet with gorgonzola cheese sauce that is indescribably delicious, or a Lobster stuffed with Shrimp and King Crab. For desert choose between a banana bread pudding, a raspberry chiffon pie and chocolate mousse. It is a hard choice sometimes so be sure to dine with companions so you can taste their choices as well.
The atmosphere of the evening is enhanced by soft music or our guest musician on a variety of evenings. We are glad you dined with us and welcome you back whenever you can be with us.
