Vintage Pearl Menu
Vintage Pearl serves a lovely three course dinner including your choice of a soup or salad, an entree and a dessert.
Appetizers are served a la carte.
Our menu changes daily, only serving the freshest ingredients available to us on the island.

Sauteed Escargot in a white wine lemon butter sauce finished with fresh tomato and parsley
served in a homemade golden brown puff pastry.
Sauteed Scallops topped with a garlic roasted red pepper sauce
served with garlic crostinis.
Baked brie encrusted in pecans and finished with a
guava spiced rum sauce served with garlic crostini's.
We serve a variety of different soups such as our Cream of Tomato finished with fresh ginger,
Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup,
Carrot & Sweet Potato finished with fresh ginger
and our well know Lobster Bisque.
Our daily salad is Hydroponic Lettuce from our Hydroponic farm that is located on the east end of the island,
topped with sweet peppers, carrots, tomatoes, and onion and finished with sesame ginger viniagrette,
walnut viniagrette, or some nights our mango basil viniagrette and guava viniagrette.
Local Wahoo grilled and finished with a sundried tomato cream sauce
served with rice florentine and sauteed asparagus with roasted red pepper.
A USDA Grade Filet, 8 oz., grilled to your liking,
topped with bleu cheese and finished with a cognace demi glace
served with potatoe croquettes and sauteed carrots.
Local Lobster sauteed with Portabello Mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce
on a bed of linguini finished with fresh parmesan cheese.
Puff Pastry stuffed with Chicken, Pear and Brie topped with a Bernaise sauce
and served with a half of a grilled tomato topped with fresh Parmesan cheese.
The dessert included is a Bananana Bread Pudding topped with a spice rum guava sauce.
